Human Base Body Mesh

HM08-The Default Human Base Mesh Model.

Selecting the hm08 base mesh type:

When you first load up the main window you will see a blank space where the character is generated to. On the left hand side
of the screen you will see the Mesh selection window to choose your mesh base. Selecting and clicking the select button or double
clicking on the hm08 in panel list will result in the choice of mesh loading in the center of screen.

Working with the standard human base Mesh Model:

This mesh type is the most versatile at present of the mesh types. It has a rich history behind it. It has a community full of
people historically and at present creating content to utilize with the mesh such as hair, clothing, proxy etc. Makehuman 2 is
backwards compatible with almost all previous custom content from Makehuman 1.

Tris & Quads:

In Makehuman 2 unlike Makehuman 1 our base mesh is Triangular not quad based. However Makehuman 2 is quite flexible in that it really
allows for both. The same old helpers work with makeclothes 2 to create quality fitting garments in Makehuman 2 for this standard HM08 base
mesh out of the box!
